5. Service Guarantee & Limitations

Evolution Pest Pro is not responsible for re-infestations caused by lack of sanitation, structural conditions, or entry points not addressed by the property owner.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may incur a service fee.
7. Liability
Evolution Pest Pro will not be liable for damages arising from misuse of products, failure to follow instructions, or pre-existing property conditions.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
